The home is distinguished by its generous 12-foot ceiling heights, which create a sense of openness and elegance throughout the interior spaces. At the client’s request, principles of Feng Shui were thoughtfully integrated into the design, ensuring harmony, balance, and positive energy flow within the home.

The detached house was conceived as a comfortable yet refined living environment, blending modern aesthetics with functional layout planning.
