From the beginning, Mehdi took the time to fully understand my project and was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process and requirements. He was meticulous in preparing the grading drawings for the minor variance application. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail played an important role in addressing the City’s requirements. The approved grading drawings were a significant factor in getting my minor variance approved. Deltoid Consulting was highly responsive and generous with its time throughout a difficult permit process. Mehdi understood the constraints facing a nonprofit project in an old church building and worked closely with us through multiple design revisions and discussions with the City. Although the process was challenging, he remained available and supportive at every stage, and we ultimately received our building permit. Compared to our other projects, the permit process was noticeably faster. He’s responsive, easy to communicate with, and understands how to get things done efficiently. To whom it may concern, I hiired Mehdi for residential renovation projects. For those projects he prepared detailed design drawings after taking measurements physically, and obtained approval and building permits from the city of Richmond Hill in order to proceed with the construction, without me having to do anything.
